1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OmniFood platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OmniFood provides an online marketplace connecting customers with local vendors for the delivery of food, groceries, pharmaceuticals, electronics, fashion items, and other goods. OmniFood acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of the goods.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the items plus applicable delivery fees and taxes. Prices are set by vendors and may change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the vendor begins preparation. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days. If you receive a wrong or damaged order, contact support within 24 hours for a resolution.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are independently responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their products. OmniFood does not guarantee the quality of goods provided by vendors.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume. OmniFood will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. OmniFood is not liable for delays outside of our control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation of the platform, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or harass vendors, drivers, or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniFood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
